The professor I work for (the same one who very sweetly brought me some yarn from Germany when he traveled there last summer) is having a pretty significant birthday in a few weeks, and I'm making him a pair of socks.
I bought the yarn yesterday - and oh my gosh, I have to tell you about all the other great yarn I got, too! - and I'm already making fast progress. What's on your needles?

Thanks, Molly! I got it at My Sister's Knits in Beverly, which is sadly closing at the end of this week. They had a 50% off sale...
