practicing kindness: mind-body


Be kind to your whole self today; try one technique from each of the following lists, or heck! Be extra kind and try them all.

Mind:
enjoy a 10 minute meditation break in the middle of your workday

stretch your vocabulary by learning a new word

record today's top three moments in your journal; as my sister (2nd grade teacher) would say, 'Use good details!'

Body:
list your favorite physical features and why you love them

take a 15 minute walk outside to enjoy the winter weather

wear your most comfortable pajamas for movie night on the couch
