Project Spectrum Green, FO: Mossy Shell socks

Yarn: Ella Rae Lace Merino, fingering weight in colorway 113 (mossy green with touches of orange, brown, and navy)
Needles: US1 (2.25mm) dpns, set of 5

Pattern: Child's First Sock in Shell Pattern (Rav link) from Nancy Bush's Knitting Vintage Socks
Size: US Women's 9ish

Verdict: Success! I was a bit concerned about knitting this lace pattern in a variegated colorway, but it turned out fine.  I'm really a big fan of the Ella Rae yarn because of its fantastic stitch definition and the little bit of shine it has. This pair is a tiny bit too small for me, so I think I'll be passing it along to my mom.

Obviously there are more socks coming up next... stay tuned for vacation photos and vacation knitting.

I really love these socks. And the pattern looks great in that color too.
