FO: River Rapids

Today I have some newly finished socks to share, my first pair of socks in what feels like way too long:

Specifications -
Pattern: River Rapids by Sockbug (Ravelry link)
Yarn: Plymouth Yarns Zino in colorway "4" (Don't you just love those descriptive color names? Ha!)
Needles: US 1 (2.25mm) dpns

Verdict: Hooray! I used this pattern once before in a very different yarn (Knit Picks Essentials Tweed in a great deep navy).  I love the way both pairs turned out, so I may have to use the pattern again. I am such a fan of this yarn, too. The subtle color changes are fun to watch, and the tight twist on the single makes for excellent stitch definition, especially in stockinette. Plus you all know that this shade of deep, plum-like fuchsia is one of my absolute favorite colors :)

My Ravelry project page is here.

Happy knitting! I'll be back tomorrow to share some spinning progress :)
