I won!

I am feeling so lucky today, because I won a beautiful pattern by participating in the 10 Shawls in 2010 challenge last month.
My FO post was randomly selected from the discussion board (was it random, or was it felicity?!), and I was offered my choice of pattern from Dutch Knitting Design (Rav link).

I chose the beautiful Alyssum shawl. I have really enjoyed looking at the finished projects. The shawl in the pattern's main photo (shamelessly stolen from the pattern page) is quite pretty, and might entice me to finally try the Noro Silk Garden Sock yarn:

I have two Ishbels in the queue, but I can't wait to get started on this. That will carry me through 6 of my 10 shawls, and hopefully my vacation later this month will provide plenty of time for relaxation and knitting.
