Well and truly Fall

After two gray, rainy days, I have finally started to really feel the onset of Fall, and I can tell that we're heading into winter. Time to start the cold-weather cooking!

Today's lunch -

1/4 boiled green cabbage, topped with lots of butter and plenty of salt, with just a dash of pepper. Maybe I'm strange, but it was absolutely delicious and added just the right amount of warmth to this Fall Friday. What's your favorite cold-weather dish?
