A bit of blue

I've been craving some small needle knitting lately, and I finally found the perfect yarn and pattern.

This is a pretty blue sock yarn gifted by my secret pal a few exchanges ago, and the Midwest Moonlight scarf from Scarf Style.

It should turn out to be light enough to wear on summer nights, and I love the crumply lace texture. It's knitting up really quickly, and I love that the pattern is simple enough that I can pick it back up after a break with no problems.
